The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 38(JUD) am "An Act relating to criminal sentencing: relating to good time credit; relating to the availability for good time credit for offenders convicted of certain first degree murders; relating to definite sentences, parole, good time credit, pardon, commutation of sentence, modification or reduction of sentence, reprieve, furlough, and service of sentence at a correctional restitution center for offenders with at least three serious felony convictions; and amending Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 35." Representative Hanley placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB38(JUD)am pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the court rule change. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 38(JUD) am was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
